Rangers manager, Mark Warburton, has hailed the impact of on-loan Tottenham midfielder Nathan Oduwa after Rangers defeated Raith Rovers 5-0.
The 19-year-old was outstanding as Rangers made it nine wins in all competitions this season.
“He plays with a smile on his face and he’s been given a chance to play, which is fantastic. He has to take responsibility and he has to deal with a crowd of 44,000.”
Rangers took command early through Lee Wallace’s opener, but James Tavernier, Barrie McKay and two Martyn Waghorn penalties put the Kirkcaldy side to the sword.

However, it was the performance of Oduwa that had the Ibrox crowd delighted.
Warburton said: “For a 19-year-old boy, it’s magnificent to show that level of quality.
“He knows he has to impact the game in a positive manner, which he did, where to do the tricks in the right places to have that positive end product. So, delighted for Nathan, he really did play well today. But, I’m not singling out one person. I thought we showed good quality all over the park today.”
The Rangers manager has seen his side go just shy of an average of four goals a game, and says a high-tempo strategy is key to their success.
“We have to start fast and maintain a tempo,” he said. “Some teams will look to slow things down and it’s up to us to set our tempo and our intensity.
“If we can do that in terms of quick throw-ins and free-kicks we can hopefully dominate our football.”
