The Muslim Lawyers Association of Nigeria (MULAN) Lagos State branch has congratulated the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a statement signed by the Chairman and General Secretary, Mr. M.A.O Kaka Esq. and Sofiyullah Oladipo Esq respectively described the election and it’s outcome as a well fought victory which was as a result of blessings of Allah and dint of hard work.
The statement stated, “We appreciate the favour of Allah, the Most High, over you by choosing you amongst other contestants to saddle the leadership of the country, we pray, for the next eight years. We believe your victory comes with a great deal of responsibility to building a more united and prosperous Nigeria.
“We have no doubt that the task ahead is one filled with numerous challenges. We pray Allah gives you the wisdom, strength, and good health to handle the affairs of our troubled nation. We have unwavering trust in your leadership capabilities and we are certain you will build a team of competent and capable lieutenants who will deliver your good intentions to the masses.”
The body assured Tinubu of it’s unalloyed support and partnership in building a prosperous nation.
“Whilst we also pray and work towards the victory and success of the incumbent governor of Lagos State at the forthcoming polls, we assure you of our unalloyed support and partnership in building a better and enduring greater Nigeria for future generations to come.
“We continue to pray that Almighty Allah grants you the grace, wisdom, good health and wherewithal to discharge these enormous responsibilities.” It added.
