Factional president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Chris Giwa, on Monday, lost his appeal at the Supreme Court where he is challenging the election of Amaju Pinnick.
Giwa lost the appeal and was fined N100,000.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) had earlier slammed a five-year ban on him and four of his associates.
He had earlier been slammed by the same number of years by the Amaju Pinnick-led NFF.
