The Christ Apostolic Church, Way-to-Life, Ottawa, Canada, recently celebrated its 7th founding anniversary with a special thanksgiving service.
The event was marked by joy, gratitude and inspiring messages.
Dr. Timothy Omolayo Agbeja, CAC Regional Superintendent and Coordinator of CAC, North America and Canada, conducted the service.
Pastor Tosin Oladokun, the church’s Youth and Young Adults’ pastor, emphasized the importance of trusting and serving the Lord, citing the rewards that come with it. The highlight of the service was the special blessings bestowed upon the founding pastor, Pastor Adebowale Adeoye, and his wife, Evangelist Omowunmi Adeoye. Regional Superintendent Agbeja led the congregation in praying for God’s continued blessings, wisdom, and favor upon the pastoral couple.
Dr. Agbeja, who attended with his wife, Pastor Mrs. Agnes Agbeja, said:
“We now decree at the end of this seven years that we are celebrating, let greater blessings visit them,” Agbeja said. “Reward them for all their labor.”
The service was a testament to the impact of Pastor Adeoye’s leadership and dedication to the church community. As the church begins its eighth year, members expressed their gratitude and commitment to continuing the journey with their founding pastor.
The 7th anniversary was put together by a special planning committee chaired by Elder Omobamidele Babalola.
Special spiritual music ministration by the church’s choir led by Evangelist Femi Itasanmi and the CAC Way-to-Life, Montreal church choir led by Mrs Olawumife Babalola contributed significantly to the joy of the celebration.
The CAC Way-to-Life, Montreal’s Pastor Israel Adeoye and Assistant Pastor Ojo Adetiba were in attendance.
Also, Pastor Adekunmi Browne, the
Canada and North America Youth & Young Adult Regional Coordinator. They all showcased God’s abundant mercy on their fold through their thanksgiving.
The celebration marked a significant milestone in the church’s history, and members look forward to many more years of spiritual growth and development under Pastor Adeoye’s guidance.
