Founder of Daar Communication Plc and National Chairmanship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, has commended Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State for providing purposeful leadership in the state.
Dokpesi gave the commendation when he led his campaign team on a courtesy visit to The Government House, Calabar, on Monday, in continuation of his nationwide campaign to intimate the governor and members of his party in the state of his chairmanship aspiration prior to the party’s National Convention scheduled for December 9, 2017.
His words: “I commend you for your impactful style of governance which has transformed the socio-econmic landscape of the state in such a short stay in power.”
While urging the governor to remain resolute and steadfast in his vision to liberate the state through his lofty projects, the Chairman Emeritus of DAAR Communication called on Cross River delegates to the December 9, convention to rally round someone who will support the governor in actualising its dream by attracting the desired federal government presence to the state as they converge on Abuja to vote for a  national chairman of the party.
According to Dokpesi, “only a man who understands the vision and dream of the state will contribute to its developmental  strides as well as support  its growth,” even as he solicited their votes because he shares in their vision.
Responding, Ayade, who described Dokpesi as a man of courage, integrity and committed member of the PDP whom he believed would succeed because of his resourcefulness, urged members of the party to use the convention as a veritable platform to unite the party preparatory to 2019 general elections.
Ayade lauded Dokpesi for his courage in establishing Daar Communication which he noted has contributed significantly in showcasing the nation positively to the outside world to salvage its battered image.
