Abbas is acting Kano APC chair

A frontline politician in Kano State, Alhaji Abdullahi Abbas, has been nominated as the acting state chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
This nomination was confirmed on Saturday by elders of the party in the North-West state.
The coming on board of Abbas to head the state chapter of the party followed the disappearance of the chairman, Alhaji Haruna Umar Doguwa.
It is believed the abscondment is a fallout of the crisis between Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and former Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
