Abba Moro testifies before court, links Immigration ex-C-G to 2014 recruitment tragedy

Abba Moro

Justice Anwuli Chikere of the Federal High Court, Abuja, on Wednesday, stepped down in the trial of former Minister of Interior, Comrade Abba Moro.
Moro is charged with corruption related offences.
The Judge told parties in the matter that she was returning the case file to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta, for reassignment to another Judge.
Justice Chikere gave no reason for her action but counsel in the matter left the court one after the other when the reality dawned on them that the trial will not go on after all.
Moro and three others are facing 11-count charge bordering on their roles in the 2014 Nigerian Immigration Service job exercise which turned tragic.
