Mohammed said that the late student had gone to bath in a stream in Narabi village when the incident occurred.
He said that when the police was alerted on the incident, a team, which was immediately sent to the scene, returned with the body of the boy.
He said that the body was rushed to the General Hospital, Toro, where a medical doctor certified him dead.
