NDLEA arrests policeman escorting vehicle conveying suspected Indian hemp

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested a mobile police officer (name withheld) for allegedly escorting a vehicle loaded with 30 bags of substance suspected to be Indian hemp.
NDLEA Kogi State Commander, Mr Idris Bello, said on Tuesday that the police officer and the vehicle were arrested in Lokoja, the state capital, at 2 p.m.
He said the suspected substance was found in a Toyota Picnic car with registration number Kogi KNA 185 LG.
