Ondo State Government on Sunday declared a seven-day mourning, beginning on Monday, in honour of the late fourth civilian governor of the state, Dr Olusegun Agagu.
This was contained in a statement by Mr Eni Akinsola, Chief Press Secretary to Governor Olusegun Mimiko in Akure.
It stated that Mimiko had ordered that condolence registers be opened at the Governor’s Office, Lagos and Abuja liaison offices as well as the 18 Local Government Areas.
The statement added that Mimiko also called on indigenes and residents of the state to remember the Agagu family in their prayers.
